What I see in the morning that I would rather not see

I walk about 1/8 mile from a parking lot in Hawthorne NY to the Hawthorne Metro North Commuter RR station. Sometime in the last couple of weeks, a large container appeared, surrounded by what looks like building material and debris. It's pretty gross. It's also being stored on what I believe is public property. These photos are unedited

I'm going to let the town know and see what they can do about it.
