Crossing Ave. A and 1st Ave.

That's Jim Feast, Yuko Otono and Bonny Finberg crossing Ave. A between E. 6th and E. 7th St. one Saturday afternoon just after A Superintendent's Eyes came out. It looks like the skeletal remains of an exercise machine of some sort lying on the sidewalk.

 Steve Dalachinsky, Yuko and Jim were behind us, and behind that couple, too. I didn't know that I was going to get a picture of someone giving a NY salute while all I was trying to do was get them crossing 1st. Avenue.

 Don't ask me why there's a restaurant called Texas Watermelon in the East Village, but there is.
