Ok, it's cold outside. It's very cold for NYC, though not necessarily for places that celebrate how cold they get. Current temp in Manhattan is 4º F (-16º C). Forget about wind chill factor - just cover your skin.Anyway, the people who have access to the roof of the building south of the one where my office is forgot to turn off their hose and it developed a leak. I don't think they are going to barbecue today or tomorrow, but they could pose for great arctic pictures in their little enclosed area.
I've added two photos taken a couple of hours later. The water keeps coming. It's amazing nobody's notice.
