A few months ago, in the spring, was the most recent time I went for a hike at theWestmorland Sanctuary in northern Westchester County. It's 640 acres of hills, woods, marsh and ponds with a network of rough trails. A two and a half hour hike on some of the trails is a strenuous walk. It was a great way to spend the last afternoon of the holiday weekend.
On the political front, Doofus Donald continues to live in his bubble, and it is hurting the country. I'm not going to say much but the fear of him not accepting defeat is less for me than the fear of him stealing the election.
The Economist has some scary scenarios in their issue with the cover describing our election as dirty. It's worth a read.
And during his press conference, Doofus Donald demonstrated his failing facilities. He asked a reporter to take off his mask because he couldn't hear him. Maybe the sTrump'et should get his hearing examined.
Enough for tonight.
Here's some photos of small things I saw during the hike.
